Artist. Athlete. Author. Creatress.

Lexis has always existed between two worlds — artist and athlete, strength and softness.

With a foundation in competitive soccer and a career in the entertainment industry beginning at eight years old as an actress and model, she was shaped early by discipline, creativity, and constant movement. Later, Lexis transitioned behind the camera, building a career primarily in production, as well as wardrobe and creative direction.

Over time, the pace of production became unsustainable. The intensity of constant producing created a growing disconnection — from her body, her reflection, and ultimately, from herself. Burnout became a turning point that asked for something different: a slower, more intentional way of living, creating, and moving.

After leaving a successful career in the entertainment industry, Lexis turned inward to write and self-publish her first poetry book, Shadow of A Rose. It was the first time in many years that she created something entirely for herself — from beginning to end.

Around the same time, Lexis began to realize her body could no longer sustain the intensity it once thrived on through running and high-impact movement. Instead of pushing harder, she chose to slow down — turning toward Pilates, intentional movement, and a more intuitive relationship with her body.

That transition also opened the gates to a deeper internal shift. Lexis immersed herself in personal spiritual exploration and psychological study — practices that had always been present in her life, but now became more intentional. Through personal study, experimentation, and courses in the healing arts, Lexis sense of self-awareness, self-trust, pattern recognition, and understanding opened even more - she really began to see and feel how all of life and its guidance is available to us when we choose to slow down, observe, listen deeply, and trust in our true selves.

Through mind, body, and creative practice, Lexis found her way back into herself — not through force, but through awareness. Not through pushing harder, but through listening more deeply. Her relationship with life evolved into something more refined: rooted in strength and softness, structure and intuition, presence and alignment.

Today, her work is an extension of that evolution.

Lexis offers a highly personalized approach to Movement and Lifestyle Refinement — combining Pilates, 1:1 Mentoring, embodiment practices, wardrobe editing, and intentional organization. Her method is designed to cultivate strength, clarity, refinement, and a more intelligent connection to both self and purpose.

Her approach is both powerful and restorative, structured yet intuitive — created for those who value longevity, presence, beauty, authenticity, and a divine kind of luxury.

Lexis works with creative visionaries, entrepreneurs, and thoughtful individuals seeking a more intentional, confident, and embodied way of living.

She is based between Paris and Southern California, and is available to travel.
