Artist. Athlete. Author. Creatress.
Lexis is a Pilates Instructor and Creative Professional whose work centers around embodiment, refinement, structure, and intentional living. Her approach blends movement, grounding, and elevated simplicity to support clients both physically and personally.
After a longstanding career in film, Lexis made the decision to leave a successful chapter behind in pursuit of a more aligned way of living and working. Through career shifts, international moves, and personal reinvention, she became deeply familiar with the uncertainty — and possibility — that exists within transitional seasons.
Today, her work extends beyond movement alone, supporting clients through seasons of transition, recalibration, and becoming. Through private sessions, embodiment practices, and grounded guidance, she helps individuals reconnect to themselves with greater clarity, structure, intention and confidence.
Her work is both powerful and restorative, structured yet intuitive — created for those who value a deeper sense of self and inspiring life.
Lexis works with creatives, entrepreneurs, and thoughtful individuals moving through change, expansion, or reinvention.
She is based between Paris, France and Southern California, and is available to travel.
